Slavik To Serve on Executive Council

Following several months of nominating process, the National Strength and Conditioning Association's Baseball Special Interest Group named Charles Slavik to serve on it's Executive Council.  The purpose of the Baseball Special Interest Group is to increase the knowledge and further the field of strength and conditioning through the sharing of information and ideas, and the synergy of teamwork.

Charles Slavik expressed his feelings at a recent meeting, "I am pleased and honored to be asked to serve in this capacity along with such a diverse and talented group of individuals from around the country."

Slavik & Eagle Baseball Move to Illinois

Beginning in 2005, Eagle Baseball Club will pack it's baseball equipment and training tools, moving from sunny Florida to the nation's heartland, the great state of Illinois.  Once there, Coach Slavik will begin coaching at Kaneland High School in Maple Park, Illinois.

"I look forward to working with what appears to be a very special group of young athletes here at Kaneland. If all goes according to plan, this is a group that is ready, willing and able to take on the challenge of reversing the fortunes of this program."
