Slavik Starts Baseball Blog
Eagle Baseball Club's Charles Slavik is offering his advice and insight into the application of strength and conditioning training for baseball athletes on a new blog at The Slav's Blog - Baseball 24-7-365.
Slavik wrote, "Hopefully we can generate some constructive discussion among players, coaches and parents interested in baseball, softball and strength and conditioning issues at the youth levels. I look forward to disseminating what we expect will be information useful to anyone interested in improving performance on the baseball and softball field through intelligent training and conditioning."

Slavik & Eagle Baseball Move to Illinois
Beginning in 2005, Eagle Baseball Club will pack it's baseball equipment and training tools, moving from sunny Florida to the nation's heartland, the great state of Illinois. Once there, Coach Slavik will begin coaching at Kaneland High School in Maple Park, Illinois.
"I look forward to working with what appears to be a very special group of young athletes here at Kaneland. If all goes according to plan, this is a group that is ready, willing and able to take on the challenge of reversing the fortunes of this program."
